    Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax(where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated on the total value of merchandise and will be displayed on the order summary page. No additional duty charges will be applicable to shipments within North america.

    If your order is shipped within Canada you will not be charged additional brokerage fees, import taxes or duties If your order is shipped outside of Canada or the USA you may incur brokerage fee, import taxes or duties. These fees are set by the local government and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • What do I do if I receive a defective order?

    We’re very sorry to hear that our package did not arrive in perfect condition. In order for us to follow up with this inquiry, we kindly ask you to send us photos of the damaged item and the inside and outside packaging . Please click on the link below to contact.

    Please double-check your tracking information and estimated shipping times. If your order is still missing, contact us at info@aceathletics.com and we’ll be happy to help.

  • Do I need to set up an account to make an order?

    no , if you do not want to set up an account with us we have the option to check out as a guest. All you’ll need is your contact and shipping information.

  • When will I receive my order?

    Processing your order can take up to 2 business days and orders are not processed over weekends and holidays and standard shipping within Canada and the USA takes 2-6 business days. International standard shipping takes up to 15 business days.

  • What happens when I am not at home to receive my order?

    Canadian and USA deliveries It is of the discretion of Fedex and canada post if it's safe to leave the parcel at your door. If they require a signature or if they deem it unsafe to leave the package at your door the package will be held at the post office for up to 5 business days. You will be notified and can pick the package up at the depot or call the courier and arrange for re-delivery. If you fail to pick up the package will be returned to Ace Athletics and we’ll process a refund less the cost of shipping. International deliveries Please know that how a parcel is dealt with by the3 shipping courier varies from country to country. In General, if you're not home at the time of delivery the package will be held at the postal delivery and can pick up the package of the facility or arrange for a redelivery . Not claiming an imported item within the required time frame, may lead to your order being lost or returned to Ace Athletics. Shipping fees will be deducted from any refund we process resulting from an unaccepted international order.

  • Can I cancel or change my order?

    We process your orders very quickly so, unfortunately, we’re not able to make changes once an order is placed..Please reach out to info@aceathletics.com as soon as possible to request an order cancellation. We will do our best to cancel it but cannot guarantee it.

    Standard shipping is free and takes 2-6 business days in Canada and USA Expedited shipping is optional and calculated at checkout We use Canada post and Fedex to ship out our products.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order before the parcel is Shipped. Note that fulfillment times can vary especially during sales and holidays . Parcels are shipped with Canada post and Fedex. Exact timelines may vary.

  • Does Ace Athletics ship to PO Boxes?

    At this time we are unable to ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical mailing address.

Shipping confirmation: your order has been shipped and will be on our doorstep very soon. All orders shipped via Canada post or Fedex will be notified with tracking information and should arrive within 7 business days after shipping is confirmed.     We try to only advertise products available on site at that time, however sometimes this ain't always possible, if there is something you see advertised and it isn’t in stock yet please feel free to email us for more information! We’ll always try and help.

    We want your apparel to fit you. All unworn and unwashed items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.Please contact us at info@aceathletics.com for return instructions. All sale items are eligible for exchange only.

    All sale items or items purchased with a promo code are considered final sale and are eligible for an exchange. Regular priced items purchased online with a promocode are eligible for return.

    Once our return has been received, we will check its condition and if it passes, we will process your refund. Depending on your financial institution, it can take 3-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If you don't see the refund past 7 business days, please reach out to your financial institution.

    We have been in business since July 2019.

    We do our best to bring you recycled and sustainable products, we have reduced our packaging so we send your package in a biodegradable packaging.

  • Are all items recycled?

    We do our best to provide as many items recycled as possible and we do try to have all items eco friendly processing if they are not fully recyclable. Our goal is to have all our products recycled or sustainable by the end of 2021.

    Our Ace Athletics team spend time sourcing the best sustainable fabrics for all our item including all our printing is done throught eco friendly processing and our manufacturing is done locally and in a factory with fair wages.

  • What are Ace athletics doing to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff with the business?

    We’re taking the coronavirus outbreak incredibly seriously and want to ensure the wellbeing and safety of staff and products at this time. Since the government advised it was safe to work from home. Our staff are following a series of strict guidelines including social distancing , hand washing and many more may result in some delays in order send outs.

    Yes, we’re still open 24/7 to accept orders in Canada and Usa and most locations internationally. We are still offering free to Canada and USA.

  • Are you shipping as normal?
