• FREE SHIPPING

  For Canada and the USA, we offer free ground shipping on all orders over $100. For international locations, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

• SHIPPING TIMES

  All orders are processed within 2 business days. Please allow an additional 3-9 business days for delivery within Canada, and 4-8 business days for delivery within the USA. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive your shipping confirmation and tracking number. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Vancouver, British Columbia.

• SHIPPING PARTNERS

  Our primary shipping partners are Canada Post, USPS and Fedex. Although we try our best to ensure packages are delivered in a timely manner, shipping times may vary depending on the destination and some restrictions may apply. Once a package is shipped we have no control over how long it will take to arrive. By placing an order with us you accept the risk that your package may be delayed.

• RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  If you are unhappy with your Ace Athletics purchase we are here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges on full price items within 14 days of your receipt of the order. Items for return must be undamaged and unused with the original product label attached. Sale items can be exchanged or returned for a store credit within 14 days of receipt of your order.

  Please email info@aceathletics.com to let us know the reason for the return, and whether you would like an exchange or a full refund.

• DUTIES

  Currently there are no duties on any orders to Canada or the USA. For international orders applicable duties, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
